Turmeric is a flower plant I love it’s benefits a lot, it is not just use as spice but also as alternative to medicine in most part of the world.

Turmeric is a long ancient root used spice for it health benefits by centuries, using it to cook all varieties of food, taking it as tea is what I enjoy most.

It can be very helpful in different ways as it contains an active ingredient call Curcumin, it has been in use way back 4000 years ago and is still counting
